Hey everyone, I guess this would be the subforum to post this type of question. I bought a HMD10 holster/battery charger/powerbank in the group buy about a month ago. I can’t seem to get the powerbank portion of the holster to work. I have left it on charge overnight, but only once has the little light on top turned blue when charging. When I plug my phone into the powerbank, it doesn’t indicate that it is charging. It has worked one time in the month that I’ve had it, and I have no clue how to fix it. Anyone else having the same issue?
