USB or 3.5mm Round connectors on 18650 chargers?

Any quality chargers out there with USB or round connectors?

I want to charge this which holds 4x 18650 batteries and has USB and round connectors:

Charging the batteries seperately and with a charger you can trust would be much safer!

Looks like the only one he has reviewed with american connectors is no longer produced
