Ordered a Convoy with modes and LED i wanted. Then I saw that the C9 also comes in grey, so I asked Simon of this host could be used. His reaction was YES and the same day is was send out (I have not received it)
There should be a discount for BLF members. I asked for a total price with the other LED and $2 shipping AND discount and got a number a bit higher then the stock C8 price, so paid the extra money via the $0.01 checkoutlink. Normally the discount is a bit harder but still doable.
It is a nice store to just browse around, that is for sure.
Use the messaging feature at the store/ Ali web page and he will get back to you.
Identify yourself as a BLF member and tell him your userid here, and ask him to verify the price for what you want.
Remember this is a guy’s operation with a family not a big business, so some patience is appropriate.
His answers tend to be very brief so remember the question you asked.

Well I appreciate the help but I am not able to read the sites language. When I click on the global site for English, it is no longer his store as far as I can tell. Also, it appears he has a very limited number of flashlights or is he able to sell anything on the global site and I just copy and paste everything to his site? Sorry but it looks like I need someone to hold my hand until I get this right! I’m good for a few beers if the helper gets anywhere near my neck of the woods

Thanks all. Before reading the latest help replies, I emailed him from the foreign site (I stumbled on the contact button). I put in a request for several lights with accessories and I will wait for his reply. Once I learn the results I will post them. In the meantime, patience is a virtue, so I will be waiting and researching other lights. Have a safe and Happy New Year.
There is a English version of Simon’s store. It sounds like aliexpress is just showing you chinese for some reason. Try changing to english, (aliexpress will take to to their homepage when you change languages) then clicking a link in this thread back to Simon’s store (don’t use your browser back button). If it’s still chinese try reloading the page, your browser might be showing you the old cached chinese version.
It’s just for some items not Simon’s whole store. And it’s less of a code, more of just mentioning to Simon that you’re from BLF and asking if he is doing any discounts at the moment. 
Aliexpress doesn’t seem to have a discount code system.

Don, I have sometimes seen a Russian version of ali Web sites. Just clear cookies and refresh an you back at English.
Ah yes, sometimes it is Russian or Chinese.
When I am on a page of a vendor I like to see more of, I put an item in the shopping cart and click on global site.
You are back on the homepage, but the item is in the cart so the item and vendor can easily be found.

I am getting better navigating and how I got the Chinese Ali Site is baffling. My bad I’m sure as I’m still in the stumbling mode, especially when it is most inconvenient. Between learning this site, trying to sift thru the unbelievable amount of great info in it, and then finally getting to a BLF Friend/Vendor website such as Simons to try and place an order without success, and it’s going on 1:30 A.M. with bugged-out eyes, I admit defeat.
Never considered the cookies! This site has my brain wired tight and cookie logic, while real and simple to solve, did not compute at all last night !
