Are EVVA UR14500P cells made by Sanyo?

I’m looking at the EVVA UR14500P cells at Banggood and I was wondering if they are made by Sanyo as they look nearly identical to the KeepPower cells.
Any other cheaper sources for Sanyos with free postage?

I tested this cell at 1A discharge via the Opus and it yielded 800mah.
