Gearbest "unlimited" coupon did expire? No date given in GB account?

I was issued a Gearbest coupon and it never showed an expiration date (this was from my gearbest user panel):

Now, when I tried using the coupon it suddenly shows:

How can an unlimited coupon with no expiration date suddenly expire? It doesn’t make any sense.
Before contacting customer service at GB I wanted to get an opinion - if you have a GB coupon - could you please have a look whether it shows a date? I never had one and I believe if there is an expiration date it should be clearly stated somewhere.

Yeah they do expire… just open a ticket and they should extend it.

Thanks for letting me know - it would be great if the expiration date is visible somewhere. That field is just empty and to confuse even more it says “no limited”.
