This is a great light. It’s got the mass to handle these three XHP-50’s no problem at all. These lights are selling for around $80 new. This one is of course way better than new.
It now has the new XHP-50 emitters on noctigons of course along with a simple three mode BLF DD FET driver with zenor mod done. This light is an absolute beast of a light.
It also comes with extra 0-rings and some thread grease. It’s working perfectly.
$100 and free shipping in the US
$90 and exact shipping for everyone else.
Thanks Wight! It is a beast of a light, I have 5 more of them on the way that I’m going to mod as well. Probably sell them locally to divers on the Great Lakes (of course I’ll sell them for more locally). It’s solid like a rock. You could throw it down the road and not break anything on it.
I really wish you could post a lot of pictures of all your handy work.
Amp measurement, etc.
You know me, if I like it I’ll buy.
I want to see what I’m buying first…
It’s regular anodizing but from what I read there can be a problem with the threads in Salt Water. They suggested that if you are using it in salt water that you should take some plumbers tape and cover the threads or the light will turn itself on. I’m in Michigan so it’s going to be used in fresh water around here. But thanks for mentioning that. I’m not a diver but it’s going in my boat and getting 550 corded so I can drop it into the lake at night or while I go ice fishing to drop it down the hole.
