How is the test done and how to read the charts
Compare to other AA/AAA batteries: Alkaline/NiMH/Lithium

Ikea has discontinued these green/silver models of Ladda batteries april 2016.
The new Ladda series has been available in some countries from marts 2016. They are presumed to be fabricated by FDK, Japan on the former Sanyo factory. At least I have found no indications that they are not.
A pity that the new cells was not tested instead of the obsolete ones. The new cells are available in all Ikeas in Denmark.

A heads up to Malaysians in KL/PJ area.
Ikea @ Muriara Damansara has stock of the new variety

I find it interesting that for the new Ladda LSDs, IKEA decided to stock the equivalent of the eneloop pro and lite, but not the regular version. I wonder if it’s something imposed upon IKEA by Panasonic and/or FDK, or is it what IKEA feels is the best marketing decision for itself.

It cannot be due to Panasonic. They have no ownership over FDK (Fujitsu owns 74% of FDK), because that would be against trust laws. When Panasonic took over large parts of Sanyo, the TWICELL factory was taken over by FDK to not break the law. Panasonic is just another customer to FDK.
I think Ikeas reason is simplicity. They now have one type for heavy duty and one type for light duty (with longer charge retention).
