So I lost my favorite daily carry light. It was the BLF Thrunite Sabre 1A purchased a few years ago that I ran on a 14500. So now I am looking for a replacement.
1. 14500 compatible
2. Twisty preferred to reduce overall length.
3. Target the same size as my old light. 17.5mm dia x 82mm long. I EDC in a professional office and anything much larger doesn’t work very well for me.
4. My preference would be two or three modes with no blinkies. For larger lights, I’ve really grown to like just a simple ~50 lumen low and ~350 lumen high.
5. I don’t care about moonlight modes but can live with one if necessary.
I am willing to build if there is a suitable host available. I just haven’t seen much in the size I’m looking for.

It will replace not only your EDC but most larger lights will be obsolete because of its versatile nature.
Really this one is worth every cent. (And I really like cheap lights, there simply is no match for this incredible flashlight performing like a high end 18650 light and having the bistro software so you can configure it as you wish, incredible!)
