That is where I bought mine as well. It was genuine and they were great to do business with.
That said I wouldn’t buy that charger if I had to do it over agin. Don’t get me wrong; it’s a good charger just slow. I didn’t think I would mine the longish charge times as much as I do. I would opt for the Xtar Vp4 or two Vp2’s.

how slow are you talking about? how long would it take to charge 4 18650 batteries with 2500mah? i’ve also got a programmable radio control battery charger that can probably charge individual cells up to 5 amps. if i go this route, how many amps should i charge the cells with? i know basics like the higher the amps, the faster it charges but also the hotter the battery gets.

At $5 more it is an analysing charger.
It supports more battery chemistries (& longer cells up to just over 70 mm so will take the longest protected cells), you can set the charge rate so it is faster charging than the D4, it has 2 settable discharge functions so you can actually measure the capacity of cells & shows both volts & ma during charge & discharge, oh & is also a power bank.
I have a D4 but since getting the Lii-500 rarely use it.
I am not saying the D4 is a bad charger, it isn”t it is a good basic charger, it is just that the Lii-500 is more versatile, quicker & shows more detail for a few dollars more

My d4 works really good but it is slow. charging 4 Samsung 30q”s from 3.4 volts to 4.20 volts took
5 hours. Also my d4 displays 4.20 volts at termination but cells actually are 4.16 volts checking with my fluke 73 III.
