Those are not the LSD version of the Tenergy so I wouldn't buy them.
Not worth the investment. Invest in sanyo eneloops or duraloops.
Pulled the trigger on this deal. Why? I have a couple of modded direct drive extreme high drain Mag flashlights that use D cells. Tenergy D cells are great but expensive and these flashlights are hell on batteries. These are tabbed AA cells, 4 sodered in parallel will emulate a D cell. I speculate that via reduced internal resistance that these should discharge at a higher amperage. Longer life? NO. Longer run time? NO. LSD? NO. Brighter light? YES! Most likely possible. Cost? D made from Tenergy AA tabbed $1.70 (4@.42) or Tenergy premium D $7.25
Note: Older D Maglites run larger on the inside diameter and this scenario may or may not work for other applications.
