Heres my triple nichia 219c using a skilhunt h02 as the host. It took alot of dremmeling, but it was worth it.

Definitely look at the Spark range. You haven’t said what you want to run it on but Spark have several models of headlamps with pretty good heatsinking. They are not the easiest to mod unless you are talking straight emitter swaps but I guess it depends on your tools and skill set. Do you plan to upgrade the driver as well?
