That water looked to be over the top of your Wellies, you must have got a couple real soakers. The shaft also looked much more finished than the mines I’ve been in, I would have thought it was a storm drain if it wasn’t for the headframe.
That was quite a tight beam for a headlight, I too like a very floody beam on a headlight.
