Just received an email from zebralight introducing the new H600 MK III… now with improved PID, XHP35 and 1,3000lm.
I used to have a H600 and in my opinion it is one of the best headlamps ever existed, if not the best. It wasn’t the most durable as it got water ingress after just 1ft deep in water (warranty wanted it sent back to china, which costed $35 and I didn’t bother with), but the UI, beam quality, regulation and weight was simply the best. Even the headband is the best out there.
After the H600 I tried nitecore and xtar headlamps but they just don’t compare. Ok the armytek wizard pro V3 comes really close, but there are some details in the UI, weight, tint and the headband that I’m not completely happy with. You see, I mentioned headband several times, but trust me you won’t use any other headband after you try the zebralight one.
Here’s the image they sent in the email, I’ll order one as soon as it shows up on either illumn, goinggear or andrew-amanda. Not going to pay full price of $89.00.
