They are on sale in the U.S. at the moment at Rite-Aid. They are no screaming deal compared to ebay I guess but I ended up getting a pack of AAA's and a pack of AA's. As long as you have the Rite-Aid card you end up getting them for about $9 each.
The regular price at Rite-Aid is a ridiculous $16 or something like that. On sale since you don't have to wait they are worth it IMO.
I don't need many so I'm now set with 4 AA Eneloops, 8 AAA Eneloops and 4 AA Duraloops and 4 AAA Duraloops.
There is also a $1.50 off coupon in the P&G coupon section of today's Sunday paper. I'm pretty well stocked up on Duraloops, even at $7.50 though.
I think the price of $9 I got included that coupon. The store took $5 off and then pulled a coupon off of that package for another $1.
Once again my fellow canucks, our friends at shoppers drug mart are offering the duracell precharged AA and AAA batteries (DURALOOPS) for a great price. Sunday and Monday (Oct 23-24) they are on for $6.99 ($7.99 for the rest of the week).
Remember your P&G coupon for an extra $2 off ($4.99 for Duraloops!!!!!!)

How do you know if these are the Gen2 with 5 year life? Is there a way I can check, ...I know how to check Eneloops if they are Gen2, but I have no idea about Duracell...

Vancouver may have these on sale, but I just went into a Shoppers Drug Mart in Edmonton and they are $21!
The sale is sunday/monday and have confirmed it is Canada wide. I went onto the SDM website and looked at the flyer online using an Edmonton postal code and right there on the front page on the left side was the duracell precharged sale price.
