K60/70 battery carrier mod possibility

Acebeam’s battery carrier is now available to purchase as a part. I no longer own an Acebeam flashlight and I wonder if the carrier can be modded to fit in TK75/61 flashlight.
Can anyone who owns both flashlight measure the possibility?

I have a couple TK61’s that could use a XHP35 in one of them. Yes the carrier will work, with a little modification. The carrier O.D. is good, the height isn’t, the K70 carrier is about 5mm shorter and the + / – battery carrier contact would also have to be addressed. Which should be no big deal! The K70 would have to have a spring + (depending on how you would want to do it?) I would use a spring, and solder a larger – contact plate or copper washer to make up the difference in contact diameter’s. I would probably just bottom the carrier out against the driver PCB with a Delrin spacer or PVC tube cut to fit, or you could suspend the carrier at the back with a spring (s) ??? Naturally your dimensions might be different, BUT it is quite do-able! Wink Hope this helps ya!!

It works in the SD75 if you turn the carrier PCB diameter’s down about 1-1.2mm too!
