LED lights: there are 10 kinds of change of an arrow through a double heart.

LED lights: there are 10 kinds of change of an arrow through a double heart.

The circuit board:

When you see the circuit board, someone may have thought of the principles. Yes, the principle is simple. which is the same as the principle of driving seven segment digital tube, which is dynamic scan. You can imagine that I rearrange a lot of the points on the digital tube. It is arranged in an arrow through a double hearts. Here comes the suggestion, in order to expand the scale, I expand the 8-bit driver to 16 driver. This an arrow through a double hearts consists of 164 LEDs, driven by 16 * 10 (no 16 LEDs in 8,9,10 section). The double hearts uses more than 100. The arrow is made of two LEDs in parallel. In order to improve the brightness, I increase this duty ratios to increase the brightness.

Now I explain the circuit, a STC89C52 which P0, P1 connect 16 100 ohm resistors to LEDs. P2, P3, connect a total of 10 6.2 K resistors to 8550 triode. The emitter of triode links to positive pole of power supply. The triode collector connects 16 common ends of LED. It’s such a simple thing. With a piece of 1000 ma phone battery it can light for a few hours. I use a battery which is a used battery.

Then I’ll introduce the material and the production process. I use the plastic board removed from the display back plate. LEDs are removed from the alarm in my factory which pins are very short. This is the most inconvenient thing. If you want to do, I suggest that we shouldn’t save this money. You can buy them from http://kynix.com, a very chip shop online. I look for this graphics on the Internet. I use ACDSee to put it in the entire screen size, and then put the plastic on the screen to stroke. If it can’t be made of opaque plate, you can draw it down on the paper first. And then you transfer it to the board.

Now you can enjoy your DIY!

Welcome to BLF!
Looks like a nice thing for a cafe/bar!

You might want to move this thread to commercial seller section

Indeed, but it is one of the better done website plugs, there is a clear effort at DIY and using leds, complete with pictures.

Thanks for the contribution, Kynix.com.

Thank you,
But I don’t know how to do it. Can you help me?

Regards.

I don’t see any commercial nature to this post. So, this is a commercial seller, and puts a plug in for their site. So what? Mostly, this is just a build thread IMHO. I’m not seeing any reason to move it to Commercial Sellers’ Spot.

By the way: Welcome to BLF Kynix.com!
