Are these KeepPowers damaged or okay?

I just received two KeepPowers and notice what looks like small dents on both batteries, two dents per battery on the negative side-

Are they damaged?

Are they safe?

Should I return them?

I wouldn’t worry about it, but I’m curious to see what others think

Those are just the connections of the protection circuit. Your cells look fine.
My protected Keeppowers look exactly like that.

Is this battery a ‘Protected’ Keeppower battery?

The photograph does not have enough information. Is the wrapper separated or torn at the location shown?

I think it’s the flats on the PCB you can see :

My four Keeppower 26650 looks the same, some with more protruding flats that others.
