Have nothing bad to say about these guys. Impressive line of the latest and great cells for reasonable pricing. Not sure if shipping is variable, but it always starts @ $3 for me. Yeah, there are some iffy brands on here, and yeah not always the cheapest, but nice to be able to order a la carte and from my experience the legit ones are not clones. It’s a relatively huge factory in the outskirts of Houstona and worth a look if you’re in the US and want. Shipped to me in 2 days. They only cell li-ions, for the most part.
I called and checked… thought the same. They don’t have a customer reception area setup and would only accept orders that met a certain 200ish dollar threshold. Let me know if you find out something different! They have the new Sony VT6s
I actually talked to Jason (he is the big dog there) about them selling to walk in customers awhile back. He told me that it is not a common practice , as they are not set up for sells there at the warehouse , but he did say that they could make exceptions for larger orders if needed.
Otherwise they are good to deal with and decent prices on alot of their stuff , especially if you sign up for the newsletters , you get discount codes periodically for 10% to 60%.
It is probably ONLY worth it though if you live in the USA as shipping outside the US is pretty pricy.

He may not have time to be in the forum a lot , or at all for that matter. I did offer to post discount codes for him IF he is interested in doing that kind of thing for the forum.

I pop in from time to time…just kinda stepped away from the customizing flashlight hobby…besides there are many more that are better, smarter, faster than I that picked up that torch and are running with it (doing things that I only dreamt of doing)

Both have good service from my experience and both have good prices that vary from cell to cell if you start comparing. SO really it is kind of who has what at the time you order basically. I give them both a thumbs up on price and service , but I have dealt with Jason and IMR personally , more so than just ordering cells, or a charger , so I kind of know what to expect from them.
