My hopes not being high I put them in my LiitoKala 500 charger.
long story short, resistance is about double new good NCR 18650pf and NCR 18650pd cells.
The tested capasity is 2200 mAh +/-30 so nowhere near the stated 3000 mAh but realistically they are probably mid quality chinese 2200 mAh cells.

Consider they came free in a smoking deal on (Lezyne deca drive clone bike lights).
The duel “XML2” emitters and duel 18650 field replaceable cell bike lights are a superb deal. So as an unexpected bonus with great budget bike lights I was very pleased.
As a stand alone purchase I would default to a Japanese cell first.
