Dry owners: received your turbo driver yet?

If you bought the 1st 4-mode Dry, with L-M-H-strobe, and if you ordered a turbo driver from CNQG, did you receive the turbo driver yet? I know at least two people have. I'm curious to know if others have, and how long it took to arrive. It's been over a month since I ordered mine but there was a 1-week Chinese holiday in the meantime, and there might have been a backlog built up at their post office too.

I ordered mine 29th of september, was expecting it mid october maybe a bit later but still haven't received it :(.

I got my turbo driver and installed it only to find out it is the same driver low, medium, high and strobe. Does anyone know if there is some type of adjustment that needs to be made to this driver to eliminate the strobe or did Ric just send the wrong one?

Oh unfortunately your "new" driver has strobe. I think they sent you the wrong one. :( That sucks.

E1320, when did you order your driver? I ordered my turbo driver somewhere around Sep. 23. I received a package on Oct. 26 (must have been delayed by the 1-week holiday in China), but it was the wrong item (I think it was a mixup by the shipper 4PX, because the item I received is not carried by CNQG and the only label on the package has the return address for 4PX, not CNQG). Ric then sent me another turbo driver on Oct. 31. I expect it to arrive this week, but maybe the Christmas logjam has already started...

Ordered it on Nov12 received it this week and it was a real pain to solder on.

ordered mine 26 september but it was sent to the wrong adress. Expecting it next week: let's hope it's the right one and my friend manages to solder it on :)

E1320, other people have said it's a pain to solder the driver. What makes it a pain? Do you need special tools, tiny fingers, three hands, superb eyesight...?

I should have taken a picture it's hard to describe. It's a triple board driver there is the large board the battery rests on then the main driver board than the secondary driver board. So 3 boards with about a quarter inch in between them that need to be attached. Kind of hard to describe, but not easy and I used my big beast of an iron because my good one is broke which didn't help matters. It's not impossible , but certainly not easy.

Ahhh, finally received the turbo driver. 4px is not very fast; it took 4 weeks. I will hopefully be able to install the driver tonight.
