I`ve a problem with a damaged Haikelite MT01 wich arrived a couple of days ago ( Glass is broken, bezel ist damaged ( or has a bad finishing) and the plastikbox is broken on both ends). Ordernumber 30516842.
I send some pictures to BG customer support.
Three days later !!! they ask “is it OK to resend a new glass?”.
I have a lot of trouble with my last two flashlights ( the second one was the astrolux S42 with to short battery tube and a bad USB-cover) from BG ( I placed 40 orders in the last 15 months) and I hope you could help to find a good solution.

I got a new mail from CS, they will send me a glass lens, a new bezel and a new box.

And yes, the parts for my astrolux S42 are on the way since a couple of days…

Perhaps you could explain why shipping to Denmark is so expensive all of a sudden.

I made an order for a single flashlight without battery with free shipping (order 55051242). Later same day I got an e-email asking for additional DKK 109.75 in shipping.
I haven’t been able to get a reply from your CS department.

I have sent two PM’s and posted in this thread nine days ago still no reply.

So much for promptly

I never got an answer to why shipping to Denmark is so expressive all of a sudden. I have cancelled my order.

A few days ago I received an envelope in which USPS had placed a small plastic envelope inside that looked as if it had been run over by a truck. There was nothing inside. It did show the sender in Bangkok, Thailand. I took photos and sent them to Banggood, as the order matched the date a light was to arrive.
Within 24 hours a replacement had been shipped. Good service, and that is appreciated. Thanks.
