like many archon light, i have one with a push button
have trouble to open, close light
somebody have same issue?
It is very likely glued with locktite
2 ways to open,
get enough grip and twist it open, often you scratch the finish
heat it up to about 200°C just on the junction where the locktite is way less force to open usually with bare hands
both ways are risky damaging the light
will try a ultrasonic cleaning to see if that help before doint that.
it’s only the screw who are glued or screw + push switch?
blue locktite screws usually get open
red locktite screws sometimes twist the head off for small diameter ones
if the bezel is glued you need a tool to screw, but if you slip you can damage it or even break the elns
