looking for opinions on modding this light
I know I'd end up w/ at least $90 into it, which would buy most of the 3xml lights everybody's talking about (but w/o batteries), but I like that this had red lights, too...
might be handy for night fishing from my boat. would suck to carry around though...
I'm worried I'll get it, open it up and it will be a pain in the butt to do (or glued together and impossible)
also, if it isn't digitally regulated, ie if there's just some circuit w/ resistors, will that make xmls draw too much power and melt it (i've still got a lot to learn about drivers...)
