I just hope Dale is well, but seeing as he hasn’t been on BLF for 2 days now, maybe someone can contact him to see how he’s doing.

I would like a copper tool, if one is available.

Which TD15S version is it?

I know the original/old version was rated at 600 lumen, and then there were two new versions (Suit 2.0): XM-L2 U2 (1000 lm) and XP-L HI (960 lm).

When you’re feeling better, Dale, I’d like the following…

1 x HLAAA
1 x New Tool AA

Thanks in advance

If they are available, I would appreciate 1 each of the AA, AAA Tools and HLAAA.

Hope all is well.

Sorry everyone. As most probably know I had surgery on my neck in June, 2 ruptured discs and they cut out the front of 3 vertebrate and put a ti plate over them with 6 screws into the vertebrate. The rupture pinched the main nerve that supplies my left arm, the arm has about 5 place from the thumb to under the collar bone that randomly feel like there’s a knife plunged in…. I did too much last weekend and got my neck hurting worse than it has during the whole recovery period and my arm was totally kicking my butt so I fell back into the med routine and was down and out for a few days in order for everything to chill some. Am mostly back, neck is still griping and my arm is really really touchy to use, but stabs me randomly whether I use it or not. So I’m trying to make a comeback, got the list updated as to those that sent payment.

I think the HL AAA is probably gone at this point, perhaps the Tool AA as well. The others and a couple of new donations are still available.

I had been thinking to try to help the Aransas County Sheriff’s Dept, Aransas County is where Rockport is and they got the eye of the storm, just totally hammered the area and the Sheriff’s Dept has been working overtime through all the relief, regardless of the damages their offices took and the losses to their own motor pool. With so many houses destroyed, their tax base is gonna be severely lacking and it’s surely gonna be rough to pay these officers working all the overtime hours.

At the same time, Florida is also about to get nailed like never before and the Red Cross is very active in both places. WalMart is offering to match every dollar donated to Red Cross through their store with 2 more dollars, so a thousand would turn into 3 thousand… that said, they are a highly visible organization receiving a lot of help, which pushes me towards a local economy much more. Thoughts?

Sorry to be so brief, it’s late here and I’ll be signing back off to try and get some sleep, haven’t slept well as the drugs prevent sleep even while making me so groggy I can’t hardly move, weird how all that works, have spent at least 2 nights of the last 5 awake the entire night, feeling the burn as it were. Trying again not to take the meds, hoping to get some sleep….

See ya tomorrow, best wishes to our Floridians in the coming journey with Hurricane Irma…

If there are any Copper Tool AAA lights left I’d take one.

I want a cool white light about as much as I want Cool Ranch Soda.

I think we’re going to need more flashlights at this rate Silly I had chimed in somewhat early checking to see if there’s a copper Tool AAA, but that was before Irma shifted on us – I’m in north FL. If we’re still around in a couple days, I’d still like to get a copper Tool.

Good to hear from you Dale. I know what you are going through with the sleep, not with the pain to anywhere near your extent though, my sympathies go out to you.

Dale, I think your idea of helping the Aransas County Sheriff’s Dept is spot on! While it may be tempting to “give” to Wal-Mart, I think I’d rather a local group get the funds. Especially with the situation you described where they are actually jumping in to help others even though they need help too.

Sent $50 for the Acebeam Ec35. Used ‘for goods & services’ since if PP looks at the message they can see it’s a payment for something and I wouldn’t want to see the relief account locked.

I PayPaled for a tool AA and HLAAA. If they’re not available I’ll take the BLF A6 and a worm.

Get well soon. Hope your pain levels get under control even sooner, and that you get some sleep.
Major respect for your kind concern for storm victims. Take good care of yourself

I updated the list in the OP, also adding the sheet here to make it easier to find.

This is as of 9:34AM CST on 9.11.17 Edit: Correction to minocc’s purchase, sorry about that.

Thank you all very much for your concern, trying to be more sensible about what I attempt and will give myself more time… seeing the Surgeon on Wed so I may get chastised. Sad

+1 Thumbs Up

I’ve been notifying Neal of addresses, may be a bit much in the random format so I’ll have to get a spreadsheet built with all the pertinents on it to make sure he’s got everything in a easy to read format. The spreadsheet I made for y’all to see what was available and to confirm payment received was simple enough, can use a variation on that to send Neal I reckon.

We have raised $700.95 to date, and I started the account with monies that bring us up to $910.95. Every little bit is what turns into the pile that’s needed…

Remember folks, this is not about acquiring a flashlight on the cheap, it’s about helping people that were hit by a natural disaster and lost everything from their car to their home and food. We have over 20,000 members here on BLF, if every single member simply dropped a dollar in the pot, it’d make a difference.

Please feel free to simply give a couple of bucks, the price of a cup of coffee or a beer, to aid the rescue and repair in this disaster relief fund. In a Pay It Forward manner, imagine if it was you in the bind and people from all over were helping out, in various ways. Wink
