Thanks LT4R, got your payment and will update the sheet in the morning. Been a long day and I’m hoping to actually get some sleep tonight. Tired

Any Lumintop TD15s available?
Another question please. When we buy the flashlight is the money donated and we receive the flashlight or is both money and flashlight donated? I am asking because in the original post it sounds like the flashlight is donated. Reading the posts it sounds like donors will receive the flashlight. I am always confused. Hope you feel better Dale.

Yes, there are 22 of the TD15S still available.

The light is sent to you, so it’s important that you put your BLF User Name and shipping address with a phone number in the PayPal note field. Wink

The money is going to help South Texas dig their way out of the mess down there. (Wish I had Billions, Florida would be seeing help too)

Thank you, feeling considerably better. In conjunction with the 2 slipped discs in my neck that were operated on, I also had an impingement in my left shoulder. They couldn’t do anything about that til the neck healed enough. I had a steroid shot in that shoulder on Monday and it’s really helped a lot, maybe 80% back to normal in that arm but still with the nerve pain from the damage done at the neck. Still, being able to use the left arm without getting hammered is making a tremendous difference! Big Smile (new drugs, new side effects, you know the drill…)

Will you get confirmation from Neal when items are shipped? If so, would you be able to update the list with that info? Thanks again for all you’ve done and continue to do for this cause, Dale. Keep up the recovery for yourself as well.

Lumintop will be sending those out themselves, so it is largely dependent on Neal getting the shipping addresses to them I would imagine. I’ve sent that info as each light was bought, don’t know where it stands.

You can send the payment to the blfharveyrelief@gmail.com and I will get notification of the payment, then I will inform Neal of the purchase and he will see to shipment. And we all will thank you! Smile

I did all that and even added a light of my own to the effort and shipped it out already.
Am I being out of order asking when the ones I ordered/paid for/plus extra$ are going to be shipped?

Not out of order, I simply do not know. I’ve supplied Neal with the information as I got it, since things have slowed down I am going to attempt to put all the information on a spread sheet for him, but he could have done that many times over by now himself, all the information is there for him.

There are a lot of lights unsold, so the numbers sold are not as high as it could be…. my 10 yr old could have copied it all down by hand by now. So I really don’t know what to say here.

Sitting in the bank account I created for this. I won’t disperse it to the Houston/Rockport area til I know everyone has been taken care of.

I have asked myself that many times now… There is close to $1000 sitting drawing interest in the bank waiting for a conclusion. I know for a fact that a GREAT MANY people are still in the midst of chaos down there, so monies will still be needed as everybody forgets about them. And in Florida as well, of course.

Lumintop donated 105 lights, the lights will be sent…. the monies go to the people down at the coast that were hit by Harvey. PayPal did charge some fees, 100% of what was available will be going to help them down on the Coast. I make not a penny on it, in fact, it has cost me to open the account and verify it, but that is my contribution. And so it goes.

I am waiting to be sure nobody actually asks to be refunded. Sad, but quite possibly true. It’s ok though, because like I said a great many were rushing to help down there and a great deal of money has been raised to help by other famous people and actors/actresses, but the mad rush to help means that most all of those across the country move on, forget what happened… and those down there are still digging out of the mess that remains. The piles of rubbish to be hauled off from the damaged homes is simply staggering!

I’ve been in an earthquake (1994), and a flood (2011) and it’s one of the reasons I wanted to help.
Just never mind. Let it be what it will be.
I’m OK and hope you are too.
