looking for a 17mm driver

hello
im looking for a 17mm driver with 3-mode that the low mode is 10%, and not so bad flickering on the low and mid modes. i need 5 or 6 x 7135 but that can be modified.

this is close but still not good, i need 10% low mode, mid can be from 25% to 50, high 100. and honestly i prefer a fixed driver (no flashing option). if you know any, please let me know.
