That is a SRK clone
this many LEDs for that price, can only be LatticeBright LEDs
A bit of a shame Sofirn sells them under their own name, they have some good thorfire rebranded lights

My thoughts exactly!
But I suppose host quality can’t be good, so putting $80 LEDs inside may not be a great idea.
But if thermal path is good and overall quality fair, a FET+1 driver with $30 pack of XM-L2 U3 could be interesting….

Last year I modded a cheap 7x SRK with cheap XM-L2 LEDs (I guess U3 from Fasttech) and a modified X6 driver and got about 7000 lumens. No solid shelf in the light, no additional heatsink. The LEDs are getting pretty hot on turbo but the casing heats up slower – of course because of the bad heat transfer.
Still running perfectly up to now and still my favourite flooder.
