Your vid really helps put things in perspective. Fantastic review!

Might need to buy a spotting scope to get the best use out of my GT.

Great video VOB.

For better perpective however, how l wish you could compare it side-by-side with any light that is 2nd longest throwing currently in your possession, thanks!

Great video VOB on an awesome light. Only wish turbo could be memorized, don’t like the double click thing.

You guys have all earned that shout out and much much more. AMAZING work on this project. I just hope I didn’t miss anyone…

5AR didnt got mentioned. He is the one that made the basic design on which the current design is based off.
So I think it’s fair enough to mention him. Wink

one cant just edit in a new name.
Yes he did produce a design and lots of very pretty pictures of it, very nice, looking like almost able to touch, but in the end it was yours with Fritz adding greatly to the actual design and practical implementation of key design features. So 5ar is one of the “BLF as a whole” group, so many people have contributed, it would not be possible to name them all Smile (Just think of all the reflector calculations)

The TN42 has the double click to go to Turbo, I like it, you can let others handle it with out too much worry, as if the High on the ramping in this GT beast, isn’t good enough for noobs! Big Smile

It’s the same with all 5 of my Narsil (TomE) Lexel built T/A driver lights, double click from any where even off, you got Turbo! LOVE IT!! Thumbs Up

Put this in perspective with how much time per day you need to double-click a mouse button. Big Smile

Kudos to Lumintop for making a good reflector and getting the focus right.

That is one ridiculously impressive light. It makes me really wish I could think up a practical use for it that would justify the cost. Maybe if NASA loses one of their Mars exploration platforms I can help them search for it?

Yeah, I would LOVE to hold one in my hand, and play with it in the darkest place I can find… for about 15 minutes… then it would be useless to me. I can’t justify paying over $100 for that! But, I’m glad it was made and we get to see it in action. Big Smile

I’m completely with you guys, except…. that I’m on the list, can’t let the most extreme excess to date by BLF just pass.

How times have changed! LOL

This I can tell you with certainty.
That what IS in style today, will most certainly be out of style tomorrow Wink

(I think VOB is just ahead of the next fashion trend)

Great video by that way VOB

Thanks for the beamshots, VOB!
I especially liked your presentation for visualizing the size comparison with other popular lights, made me laugh (or should I say, giggle).
