Looking for a decent charger that and analyze to

Budget is £30 no higher as I cannot afford any higher.

I like the look of the SC4, Xtar Dragon and the Skyrc NC2600/MC3000.
But cannot afford them.

I mainly need it to charge Eveloop AA batteries for my “Steam Controller”.

But I would like to get into knowing more about batteries like IR, Mah, Voltage…

Is there anything out there for me.

I heard about Group Buy, What is it and is it a option for me?

Thank you for help

My best option, at best price is:
Zanflare C4 , less than 25 USD with coupon.

Liitokala Lii500 is a very popular one.
Opus BT C-3100 works well for me (i have a pair) - this one can charge at 2A on two slots.

Nitecore F2 is one of the choices.
U can charge 2 batteries at the same time.
Also, u can transfer the batteries as an power band

Fasttech: $14.04
Banggood: $16.95
GearBest: $16.95
Amazon: $17.95

IR on the Lii-500 is useless, otherwise a good charger.
Zanflare C4 is very similar to Lii, works as well, and IR works properly.
Opus is good also, costs more, and is somewhat more versatile. IR works about as well as Zanflare, at least I get very similar results. Some people don’t like the fan or the charging algorithm. I don’t have issues with either of those.
Go for the Zanflare, $25 with coupon, available all the time. Don’t bother with group buy for this purchase.

Nitecore F2 is not an analyzing charger.

When you say the Opus is more versatile, could you elaborate how it’s better than for instance the Zanflare C4?

It has quite a few more charging and discharge rates, both lower and higher (200/300/500/700/1000) and charge 2 cells at even higher rates (1500/2000) . If desired it can charge 4 cells faster (200/300/500/700/1000). It can ‘cycle’ cells like NiMh, with a [Discharge Refresh] option. You just set it up and let it go. No need to manually start it over multiple times to accomplish that.

All of these additional abilities can be useful sometimes.

Thanks for the explanation, flydiver.
