before you say it i know it was stupid but when i was in a rush to go out i plugged my vc4 into my laptop psu(12v) by mistake for a second or 2.
is it totally fried or is it possible to desolder a component or 2 to get it working again?
Hi, have you opened it up to see what has been cooked inside and how much, that would be the first thing to do
yeh it happened a while ago, ive been using the legs on my xp2 when they break.
i cant see any burntness or broken components inside.
It is likely a voltage regulator or fuse burned or just the processor was on the input voltage and got cooked
