I am very excited for this light especially considering it will have high CRI. Is it going to be Nichia 144A or XHP70.2? With Cree 90CRI, I’m just afraid of green tint. The Cree 80CRI doesn’t have green.
If the MF05 is not going to be competing with the X70, then I’m really hoping there will be a Freeme deal on the X70 Although the MF03 has potential to be more powerful than the X70, it will only be so for very short blasts without active cooling.

MF05 is more of a high performance, high CRI, medium size flashlight. Completely different form factor from MF03. More appealing for the masses, in terms of weight, power, and price.
I can guarantee that at least 95+% of the members here (including me), have not owned a light with such configuration.
Would you want an actively cooled, 48k lumen, 10 × 18650 cell monster light?
Oh my god YES! That is exactly the type am wanting, besides the BLFGT.
Is that my qoute?
It looks like we’re not going to get that particular light with active cooling. We may get it in a normal, non air-cooled, design. Head over to the MF03 thread if you’re not already subscribed.

Fine, I’ll bite. Interested. I’m thinking this might be like the Imalent DX80 or Acebeam X70?
It has already been said the MF05 won’t be a mega power light like those.
