I have always been interested in flashlights, even as a kid.
A good lighting device has been important in my daily work and past careers as well as recreational and outdoor use and I always had several variations. Always loved a quality made flashlight.
But, the recent flashaholic obsession started August 2010 when I bought my first modern powerful LED flashlight. The Fenix TK12 with an R5 LED. Although not a BUDGET flashlight, this sparked my interest and also resulted in the liquidation of nearly all incandescent flashlights in my inventory. In addition, the modding community fascinated me with all the Maglite and various other upgrades going on.
I have found a wealth of great information on BLF and terrific reviews and advice and thank all of you for your efforts, valued advice and opinions. I have enjoyed the unexpected humor as well and look forward to a continuing enjoyable user experience.
