Hello all

I’ve been subbed here for sometime. But have never really posted. I do have experience with LED’s though.
Have a youtube channel loaded with reviews of cheap to high end lights. Some of the vids do quite well and have a decent fan base.
I went over the rules and am concerned of what is allowed with linking vids on here. Doesn’t really say other than spamming not allowed.
I do honest reviews of lights, but the majority are sent to me by companies and usually provide a link in my video description of the company for someone to check the light out.
I was a member CPF and put two videos up of the TN42 and Acebeam K70 and they booted me for life with no warning. Never did anything else on there.
And the vids give a great shot of the beams and such. But they had links to the company is the only thing I can think of that got me kicked off.
So far this is an awesome site and will be on here a lot. But curious of putting youtube linked vids on here.
I work at a foundry in Wisconsin as a Superintendent. Flashlight are a hobby. Got quite a collection including all the big LED’s from pretty much every company and a huge collection of old lights including early 1900’s eveready and other lights. Way too many as a matter of fact.
PS. I had added myself to the list for the new GT. Think I’m like 1300s on the list. Haven’t heard anything.
Thanks much for the wicked site. Todd

Meh, this is the place to be anyway. BLF moves at the speed of light compared to TOS (The Other Site). :sunglasses: I’d watch your videos if I could find them.

Thanks got the same name as I do here for my youtube channel.

If seen ‘a couple’ of you vids. I realy like your beamshots

Hey how are you doing man? And welcome to BLF! I remember seeing your video of the Imalent DX80, and I must say I was really impressed. The way you’ve captured the power of the light from a different angle or point of view, combined with the crisp video quality is just amazing! There is an artist inside of you man! :+1:

Welcone to BLF  Love your reviews with the special voice that would normally scare the everything out of any bad guy at night  nice to have you here!

Thanks all. Been busy with kids and work. Same old same old. Do have new lights in the pipeline, Somehow got involved into collecting vintage and antique lights. Pretty interesting with some of the old tech and repairing long forgotten Daylo lights. A lot of good info on here, never really browsed much until now. I’ll have to add some pics of the old lights and some builds. Todd

It's a pleasure to know you, scannerguy1968!
