This is the standard “long time lurker, first time poster” post.

After owning a couple 3D Maglights (updated to LEDs of course) and Black Diamond Storm headlamps for several years, I needed to upgrade to something smaller, packable, rechargable, but I’m a cheap ass …so I’m not going to drop a bunch of $$ on this (you know where this is going, right?)

I’m now the proud owner of a sweet grey D1S, with a clear A8, S41, and BLF A6 on the way!

Oh yeah…heading over now to get on the FW3A list cuz…why not?

I’m quite amazed that the BLF-A6 is still a popular buy, which is rightly so but it was not what I would have thought would happen at the time. Wonder if that will happen to the Q8 too?
