Has anyone shipped a product back to Banggood from the US? I got a blue laser that doesn’t work and they are offering a refund if I return it. I haven’t tried to setup a shipping label yet, just wanted to see if anyone has done this and how much it cost them? Thanks for your input.
It cost just under £10 to send items back to China from the uk , I take advantage of pay pals send it back on us service.
Pay for it , take photo of receipt,send it to Paypal ,get a refund in about 5 days.
Also, it doesn’t hurt to ask whether they have a local return office/warehouse.
Some credit card companies and payment providers also offer insurance for goods bought online, if they arrive defective or not at all they might cover it (especially if low cost item).
