Can anyone recommend me a light that fits my needs? 1x26650 MT-G2 LED and 25k-40k Lux on Turbo. Haikelite SC02 looks nice but it’s just too floody for me.
15-20kd/lm with mt-g2? You need larger reflector. Probably Convoy L6+led swap is your choise.
But that’s a 2x26650 light. That’s way too long. The Eagletac MX25L3 comes very close to what I want, but it’s a 3x18650 light.
You could use 2x26350
Is there some sort of Lego available? I mean it’s a 2x26650 host.

don’t use MT-G2 and you will have more lux with a smaller led. Like XHP50.2
But the XHP50.2 looks ugly. MT-G2 has such a pleasant tint.
I know. I have a Small Sun Zy-T08 with MT-G2.
But have you ever thinked about multi emitter light with Nichia?
I wonder if this meets my Lux requirement. I got a Emisar D4 with Nichia 219s. Very beautiful beam but not throwy enough.
Soon I will make a Thorfire VG10S with same optics like Emisar D4. I’m waiting for spacer machined. It will have 4 Osram oslon square 4000 K 96 CRI led and fet driver.
