Not sure where to post but this seems like good spot. What is your average wait time for orders from aliexpress in Canada? It averages a few months now for me because customs is so damn slow lately. Ordered convoy c8 from Simon end of December but it hasn’t come yet. He offered a refund or resend but I’m hesitant too since it could just be waiting to clear customs, I know the guy is really good and I don’t want to have him send another if it’s not needed. I feel bad for small businesses like him because they operate on a small profit margin. Guess I’m unsure what to do.
I think AE shipments have tracking. You could check if it got stuck in a limbo,
Maybe he insured the package, find out.

in the usa, it is from about 7 days to a month.
there are so many vendors, it is hard to say
i really think what happens, they wait to fill huge containers to the USA or whatever
if it’s almost full when you order, your wait is shorter
i’ve ordered over 60 things, it has all arrived, a month was about the max
median time is 2.5 weeks, guessing

My last Ali order (earlier this year) took a little over 2.5 months (to Canada). Tracking is almost useless, but you should be able to see if it was mailed.
tracking says it was shipped and in transit between here and china. I’ve never had a package lost before. I imagine customs has huge piles of stuff they are sorting through at a snails pace, plus they have to confiscate all those evil pocket knives now lol.
I’ve noticed that anything I ordered from China late last year or early this year, has taken at least twice as long as normal. Last summer, it averaged about 3 weeks. This winter, it’s been at least 6-8 weeks.
But stuff I just ordered from the US last week, I already received.
So, I’m not sure it’s customs, unless customs takes longer to clear packages from overseas.
Anyway, if I were you, I’d wait a bit longer. Then, once you’ve completely given up on ever getting it, it will show up at your door. That’s how it usually works for me.
