SEEKING.... Flashlight with a "plasma arc lighter" built in.

Okay folks, due to a smart-alec comment from a friend of mine I am now looking for one of those Arc-type lighters that has a flashlight, or even better a somewhat large flashlight that has one of those Arc lighters built into it.

So far no joy.  Anyone got any leads?

I look at a flashlight online, moments later an ad for it shows up on my weather site—that’s scary.
