I’m new here and to flashlights , batteries, etc…
Just purchased a HaikeLite MT07 that requires High Drain 18650 batteries.
I’m trying to find info on batteries here. Could you point me in the right
direction, I’m not lazy and don’t mind researching…
I do not know and understand enough to buy the right ones.
Samsung 30Q is one battery you might consider for high drain applications. It’s available in both flat top as well as button top versions, depending on what your particular flashlight requires.
Sony VTC6 is another option.
18650 is approximate diameter & length, 18mm diameter, 650mm length …
3000mah ,3500mah ect is how much capacity the battery holds.
Standard battery types usually have protection circuits built in but are slightly longer ,
High drain battery’s have no protection & are usually a bit shorter but can deliver more amps for high powered lights.
