Amazon link or at least a picture?

i don’t understand ‘tent light’

why wouldn’t a ‘regular light’ illuminate a ‘tent’ sufficiently that you didn;t need to carry an 2nd light?

wle

It’s a flood light that has a way to attach it to the roof of the tent more flush than just hanging a normal light up there. You don’t need one but bang your head on a hanging light a few times while half asleep and you are glad you have one.

In a hammock room is even more limited. If I hung my s2+ up it would basically be in my face. I pack light but I’m not from the school I have to weigh everything and throw something out over a few ounces.

I have Prime, but i live in Canada. ( though i do have many tent lights to compare it to and plannig a tent camping trip in 4 weeks.

lightdoctor, could you provide some pictures please?

If it looks like this, I'm totally in.

You must have a very large tent

^

I wish. I can only make an average size tent.

He’s glamping.

Why not get an ALL IN ONE hammock/light ?

Wait a minute… Does she come with it? :open_mouth:

I’m interested unless this is one of those deals where your refund via paypal after a review is posted.

Leaftye, it seems like one of those deals where the OP drive-by SPAMS the forum and never returns to answer questions. Then again, maybe he/she is in the dark side of the world and will return after we all go to bed to answer questions while we sleep. :person_facepalming:

I have been successful with this arrangement so far…

Yeh gimme the light, I’ll review it , ta very muchness.

It has to do with bias. The implication is that if you don’t post a positive review, you won’t get the refund.

Takes a while to do a decent review. There are meaningless but instant “Ooh, I love this X!! (Now gimme what you promised…)” reviews just to put out a “positive” review, or those where you actually use the X in question, but it takes a while.

I’d doubt anyone would refuse a PP refund until you put up the review. If you get tired of waiting, you can always return the thingy. And being in a sour mood, you might be tempted to post a negative review. That’s not nice, either, but it’s possible.

I don’t recall if I ever did one of those “refund-by-PP” review dealies. I was approached to do one, but didn’t have any PP account, had no idea how it’d work, etc., so I think that just fizzled out.

But even so, I’d be interested. I’ve pointed out both good and bad things in reviews, so I like to think I’m fair.

That does seem to be the implication. Unless it’s a very expensive light, in which case I can see they might want to ensure a proper review is done.

Well he mentions Amazon so I don’t think PayPal is involved it’s probably a 99 percent off code.
