I have quite a few Samsung ICR18650-26F's for sale. I have removed these from brand new OEM laptop batteries. The date code on the cells are from around 2011 and they show full capacity (2550mAh @ 2A) when tested on my calibrated ZKE EBD-USB (lol it's the best I have and it's a lot more accurate than my Opus). I live in the UK so I can't really post to other countries due to the restrictions regarding Li-ion cells but if your from the UK and you need genuine high quality cells (the UK seems to be plagued with fake rubbish) then feel free to contact me.
