I take a look at the Nitenumen C8 Flashlight
It's well made but the UI could use some work in my opinion.
It requires you to click through strobe and sos to turn light off and the shortcut takes you to sos.
Main features include cool white xml2, micro usb recharging, side switch and included cell seems pretty good.
