First of all, I’m so glad that I found this forum. Tonnes of useful information!
I’ve started to EDC small AA size torchlight & swissknife when I started to get involved in scouting movement in 1988. I basically stick to those lights until I was issued a Maglite in my job in 2001. From then on, EDCing a torchlight and knife had became part of my daily routine. In 2005, I got my hands on my first LED torchlight, Trustfire. From that day onwards, I’ve suddenly get obsessed in torchlight and had been collecting since.
After several years of buying torchlight, I finally decided to trade them as well. I continuously review, demonstrate & recommend good and affordable torchlights to my fellow scouters during training camp and Jamboree. Thanks for the support of the manufacturers, today I carry brands such as Nextorch, Fitorch, Fenix, Folomov, Wuben & Manker.
The world of torchlight is huge. With new models released every months, I know I can’t stop learning and needs to continue to expose myself to the community. With place like BLF, I know I’ll feel like home.
