I got it from a reader.

The charger arrived in a cardboard box with not much useful info on it. The box only contained the charger.

The charger can deliver slightly above 2.2A and has cable compensation.

The charger has no problem delivering 2A for one hour.
The temperature photos below are taken between 30 minutes and 60 minutes into the one hour test.

Some pressure with my vice and the lid popped off.

A very typical simple construction for a low power usb supply: At the input is a fusible resistor (FR1) and there is a inductor (L1) between the two smoothing capacitors. There is also a blue safety capacitor.

On this side is the bridge rectifier (BD1), the mains switcher (U1), on the low volt side is a synchronous rectifier chip (U2).

The isolation distance is acceptable.
Testing with 2830 volt and 4242 volt between mains and low volt side, did not show any safety problems.
Conclusion
This is a simple charger with no auto coding, but it is coded with DCP and can deliver enough power for that coding.
As a simple charger it is good.
