Great review… Love the photo comparisons..

You label this a buget lantern but for the price(£21) it is nearly up there with the CL25R and you can pick up the CL25R on Aliexpress for as little as £29… So for a little extra I would always go CL25R.. For me a Budget latern is at it’s highest £15 the mid range is £16-£50 anything after that is High end etc.. this is just my opinion…

Still a nice latern regardless..

Thank you for the review..

regards
Lohtse

Heck at $16.80(around £14) then yes it’s a budget one and one I would consider.. Also just saw the colour temp change ability when makes it even better!!!

I have one of the Minpori-branded units.

It’s not a clone, but from the same ODM that made the T1. In fact, on the one I have, the Zanflare logo on the tailcap is half-heartedly buffed out, but still easy to identify, and the packaging is the same, sans the branding. The bundled cell is probably not great, but tested out to be true to capacity rating.

I was going to order another, but the price was jacked up to $20. It’s no BLF LT1 for sure, but back at $10, I grabbed another to have around for power outages or jobs around the house.

I have 2 of the original T1s, they’re still working fine. I’ve wanted to get updated versions that can turn off from the top button.
Ordered the Minpori yesterday at $9.99. Today it’s $19.99.

Same, I have 1x v1 and 3x v2 – very well used in this house. Ordered two more when I read above post, $9.95ea with low stock. Seems they found more stock but costs are up.

Edit: $25 now

But it does have a red light. Great for camping to not attract bugs. Too bad they never made the LT1 with a bank of red leds to replace the bank of the cool white that nobody likes.

Minpori has displaced the T1 as night table lite. Thanks for the heads up.

$18, after clipped coupon, via the “Garryliting” store.

Their version has no branding.
