12 Second 2 Cent diffuser

Interested in a super fast easy diffuser ?

 * a half sheet of paper towel

* roll towel around body of the light and then pull it out almost all the way and add a rubber band or a wrap and a half of tape .

*  Twist the top like an ice cream cone and  ..Voila' ....c'est manifique .

McDonalds napkin,toilet paper,kleenex etc  ..

amazing how well it works

2 cents is too much! Can we get a group buy? Only thing is, I need my paper towel to have titanium weave. And be invisible to xrays.

If we can get enough people together I'll try to negotiate a group buy with some vendor for a roll. It may take a month to work out the details.

I will then send two squares to anyone interested just post on here your name and how many units (of 2 sheets) you want. If you buy 10 units I'll reduce your shipping costs by 10% for each 10 unit bulk order you place up to a 50% shipping discount for 50 unit bulk orders.

For any one you who want to discuss the quality of the paper tissues please start another thread for that and link it to this one.

I don't think we can put this together in time for Christmas but we'll shoot for Boxing Day for you Canadians.

In any event I feel sure that in this way we can reduce the cost to you by as much as 5 cents. Don't post unless you are absolutely sure and there will be no refunds.

For those who would like tissues in some color other than white (blue or pink) PM me with those choices.

Gcbryan this is nice of you to offer to do this but getting that many people all to agree is gonna be almost impossible .

I expect Mutiny on the Bounty

there's no short cuts to quality

you get what you pay for.

Tissue has no effect on PWM

TIP - If you prefer a warmer tint just dip the paper in orange juice and then let it dry before you make the diffuser. Wink

Thank you. That was a great tip! Maybe I will add some cornstarch to add more body and durability.

Can we make a BLF edition?  Maybe have "BLF" watermarked on it so it will be projected onto a wall?

Hmm, I guess we can also use red Christmas napkins then, so if we point at the sky we will see Santa Claus! Laughing
