I search 3535 insulation gaskets with a small opening of 5.6mm to replace the old Seoul Semiconductor P4 with Luminus SST-20 Leds.
Currently are IMS20 plastic reflectors installed, which fits perfect and don't scratch too much the coated lens when I screw it tight.
I haven't found yet any insulation gaskets who fits with the small opening from reflector.
Replaceing the IMS20 with a Convoy S3 is not working because of the cables from the MCPCB.
Any hint for such insulation gaskets would be great.

You can cut two V rows for wires on s3 reflectors. This going easy

The height of a S3 reflector ist too high. Turn down the baseplatte to fit this reflector would affect the thermal…
I have searched 50mm 4x optics, but they have all a too wide optical angle :weary:
—> I will try doing new gaskets on a lathe, I have some Delrin rods.

P4 leds are pretty high.
They are attaches without pcb.
For new emitters you can use direct copper plate like noctigon or Kdlight. With dtp you can turn down your base and have better disipation heat and room for s2 reflectors.
Also option: buy Regina reflectors.
Electroplated, 6 degree, small
Will any of these work , might have to modify.
