How low does Miboxer C2-4000 discharge to?

Some say that the Miboxer C2-4000 discharges till 3.0V whereas others claim 2.8V.

Could some owners clarify? I am thinking about purchasing either the Opus BT-C3100 v2.2 or Miboxer C2-4000.

Thanks.

Hey mate i think its 3v this is put in place so it doesn’t trip the protection on protected cells.

Some cells can be discharged to 2.5v but there is not a lot of capacity below 3v.

I see. Thanks for the input.

Would like to hear some experienced opinion on what percentage of power is stored between 2.7v to 3.0V generally.

I am aware that to measure true capacity of the cell, discharging only till 3.0V might not provide totally accurate capacity picture.

I think a few things come into play here like chemistry of the cells.

From personal experience i have laptop pulls that where 2.5v and the input between 2.5-3v is only a few milliamps they cells jump up voltage really quick fairly low capacity cells. I have some Sony VTC5 that got over discharged to 2v and the same story not any really noticeable capacity below 3v if i remember correct under 100 milliamps.

You could always setup a test rig with a resistor in line and drain the cells to 2.5v and charge them using a charger that has a MAH reader.

I now am the happy owner of C4-12, C2-6000 & C2-4000.

I can confirm here that the C2-4000 discharges all the way down upto 2.8V. Which is great!
