Any sources for a basic plug in mains or 12v charger?

I want to source a charger for doing single packs of 4x 18650 in parallel ie. 1s4p at @2A charge rate.

I just want to source a real cheap single output type with an led indication of chg/end chg which will run off 240v mains or 12v.

Anything from 1A to 3A output will fit the bill.

the only charger i know of that might work is an 12v auto trickle charger. u should get that kind of current but i don't know if u'll be happy with the lack of function,
