Well, their Paypal checkout sucks bigtime….6 tries is enuff!
Wasn’t adding shipping when it sent me to PP and then bombed when returned.

Yes they do charge shipping and interestingly enough it was more for 3 packs of AA and 2 packs of AAA than just the 3 pack of AA’s ($6.94 for all 5 packs). But that added $1.38 to each pack so in the end it was $9.37 for each 4 pack of AA ($28.11 for 12) and $6.37 for each AAA pack ($12.74 for 8). For me it was still much cheaper than a 12 pack of the AA from Amazon ($49.45) and a 8 pack of AAA ($26.91).
I paid with a credit card and when I placed the order on the last page it returned a server order. But it still went through since it sent me a confirmation email and shows in my order history. I just got an email saying it’s going to be delivered Friday.
Their checkout sure doesn’t inspire much confidence.
I’ve noticed this kind of stuff is happening more and more lately and not just on this site.
I hope this isn’t the reason.
I’m old enuf to remember Egghead and miss the service and local stores.

I doubled checked everything after I placed my order and nothing seems amiss. My order is supposed to arrive this Friday so hopefully I’ll get what I bought. For the price I don’t mind a wonky website
